Terms of Service

These terms govern use of SyncRx, an internal application provided by PharmaRX Pharmacy (“PharmaRX”) to its authorized workforce members and approved integration partners. By signing in or using an API key you agree to these terms.

1. Authorized use only

• Accounts are created only by a PharmaRX administrator and are for the named individual. Do not share credentials.
• Access patient information only when needed for your job (the HIPAA “minimum necessary” standard).
• Do not export, copy, photograph or transmit patient information outside approved PharmaRX systems.

2. Clinical responsibility

SyncRx suggests refill alignment and delivery dates. It does not provide medical advice. A licensed pharmacist remains responsible for every dispensing decision, including early fills, partial fills, quantity adjustments and insurance compliance.

3. Security obligations

• Keep your password private and change it if you suspect it has been exposed.
• Sign out or lock your device when unattended.
• Report suspected security incidents or privacy breaches to the Privacy Officer immediately.

4. API keys and integrations

API keys are issued to specific systems and must be stored securely. PharmaRX may revoke any key at any time. Integration partners that receive or transmit Protected Health Information must have a signed Business Associate Agreement with PharmaRX.

5. Monitoring

All activity in SyncRx is logged and may be reviewed for security and compliance. There is no expectation of privacy in activity performed in the application.

6. Suspension

PharmaRX may suspend or deactivate any account or API key for violation of these terms, workforce policies or applicable law. Violations may result in disciplinary action.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

SyncRx is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PharmaRX is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the application.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and applicable federal law.
